Aerogel Blanket "Thermia"

A must-see for those in the plant industry! We introduce a blanket infused with silica aerogel.

"Aerogel" is a blanket that is over 90% air and is impregnated with silica aerogel, which has excellent thermal insulation properties. Thickness reduction: It achieves the same effect with a thickness of about 1/3 to 1/8 compared to existing insulation materials. It minimizes heat loss and reduces running costs. Due to its lightweight nature, it reduces transportation costs and minimizes the burden of storage space and workspace limitations. 【Features】 ■ Over 90% of the material is air, providing excellent thermal insulation ■ Low thermal conductivity, excelling in insulation (cooling and heating) ■ Resistant to humidity and has water-repellent properties ■ Thickness reduction: Achieves the same effect with a thickness of about 1/3 to 1/8 compared to existing insulation materials ■ Minimizes heat loss and reduces running costs (adopted by boiler manufacturers) ■ Lightweight, reducing transportation costs and minimizing the burden of storage space and workspace limitations *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Super Insulation Aerogel Blanket [Thermia]

Achieves equivalent thermal insulation performance with about 1/3 to 1/2 the thickness compared to conventional insulation materials! It is a thin, lightweight, and easy-to-process insulation material.

Aerogel is the material with the lowest thermal conductivity among solids. We have developed the "Thermia ATB series" by combining this aerogel with reinforced fibers using special nanotechnology. It has a thermal conductivity that is about 1/3 to 1/2 that of conventional insulation materials (rock wool insulation, calcium silicate insulation, water-repellent perlite insulation), enabling thinner and more space-efficient designs. It can also be cut with a utility knife and used in various applications and shapes, including curved surfaces. *We are currently developing a type that does not produce dust and an insulating paint.
